is located in Quanzhou City, China's largest production base of construction machinery undercarriage accessories. Founded in 1999, it is a modern enterprise integrating industry and trade.
For more than 20 years, the company has been committed to the development and manufacture of crawler construction machinery undercarriage/chassis assembly and accessories. Our main products are:
- Complete track undercarriage for excavator, mobile crusher, bulldozer etc.
- Track/bottom roller, sprocket, carrier/top roller, idler assy, track shoe, track chain/link assembly and other undercarriage/chassis accessories, pin, bushing, high strength bolts and other construction machinery parts.
Shengde has 200 sets of various size machines for accurate processing, such as 1,600/1,000 ton forging and stamping machine, CNC floor boring, CNC gantry milling, CNC large-scale bending machine, import machining center, CNC lathes, heat treatment intermediate frequency machine, semi-automatic assembly line, spray painting line, etc and advanced testing equipment.
The company pays attention to strengthening the internal management of the enterprise, organizes production in strict accordance with the industry standards, and has passed iso9001:2015 quality management system, iso14001:2015 environmental management system and OHSAS18001:2007 occupational health and safety certification, and has fully launched the ERP management system.
