Track Shoe (Universal) For Steel Tracks Of Crawlers (Excavator, Dozer, Loader...)
Steel track shoe or sometimes called track plate is varying by machine weight and application. For mini-excavators, common widths range from 300mm to 450mm, while larger machines like the PC200 or D7G bulldozer require heavy-duty plates designed for high traction and load-bearing capacity. Manufactured by Shengde Machinery (a 26-year factory), our track shoe made of high-strength alloy steel with reinforced grouser bars on it. This track shoe is 600mm width or wider and identified with part number 20Y-32-00013, 20Y-32-11361, 20Y-32-00014, 20Y-32-11321 for excavator Komatsu PC200-5 etc. It is forged with premium 50MnB manganese steel alloy. The surface hardness is 56°-62° HRc. The whole plate is heat-treated to maximize wear life. This item is produced with our patented machining technique.
